1. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Oooooooh God Ent. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service.

3. Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include substantially all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification);
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the exact URL(s) on TrotzillatheGod.com where the material appears;
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that we have removed or disabled access;
  • Terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Rensselaer County, New York.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
  • Submitting false or bad-faith DMCA claims may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
